Design inspiration was taken from the jungle trees of Saipan important for both the shade and food they provide. A perfect way for guests to dine while viewing the sunset and ocean.
Design Highlights: In quest for an elegant but casual restaurant concept, the Hotel owner requested the conversion of a pool bar to a Teppanyaki style eatery. A fusion of the traditional Japanese cuisine concept and fresh island style.
