Design Highlights: Traditionally, socializing on tropical island takes place in outdoor public spaces between homes. The B & B residence builds on this concept with the social spaces clustered in the center of the home.

The bedrooms are cut off via entryways. The flow of the community spaces brings the outdoors inside through a large glass curtain wall.
